Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please ensure all tags, labels, and boxes are returned in their original form. Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request

Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to dareloomsolutionsprivatelimite@gmail.com.
 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos for faster processing.
 

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Returns that do not follow these instructions may be refused.

Refund Process & Timeline

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete, so you know exactly when to expect it.

Partial Refund Guidelines

If an item partially meets return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
