You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our Return & Refund Policy. This allows you to address any concerns after delivery in a convenient and straightforward manner.
We currently do not offer modifications to items or shipping addresses after an order is placed. If changes are needed, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
